It was probably after fish, and luckily, not a bull shark. Those will keep coming back to attack once any blood's drawn. VB should invest in drone surveillance as wildlife are easily seen from above. They could notify life guards on duty with jetskis to help anyone in distress, whether from drowning or trauma. I don't know why we don't have more lifeguards patrolling our shores on jet skis anyway. It's much more efficient than expecting our life guards to swim out in time to rescue folks.
