Wright brothers: "Okay, so we have all these good examples of what NOT to do." The Wrights approached the challenge of flight in a scientific matter. They built a wind tunnel to test models of their design before scaling them up. I highly doubt people in 150 years are going to laugh at 21st century jets. They will have more advanced technology (as long as the SJWS don't take us back to the dark ages) but they won't be able to laugh at our current tech because for the most part it works well. Some of the flying machines in this video are truly laughable and even by the standards of the day they were ridiculous, poorly thought out and incredibly naive. You have to appreciate that the machines in this video were created at a time when balsa wood gliders and combustion engines were already a thing. All they really had to do was combine the two elements to make a working aircraft, but instead built these silly bird wing replicas that they hoped they could flap with their own muscle. Foolish arrogance was behind a lot of this.

wild dawg dont say at least they try. All the thing they do have so much value, without them, we wouldnt able to make airplane this day. Because we also learn from mistake, they make mistake and future people continue to fix and try different method. They all play part in create plane for us altho it is indirectly. They are way useful
