This happens if one feels like pooping but doesn't go to poop and holds it in for a day or two. Then the fart on the second day has to pass through enormous amounts of shhit to get through it takes a while, all the while the fart gathers massive stink. When the fart comes out it is a pile of 2 days poop being aired out to your nose, that you have to breath into your lungs. Just imagine! One day i was watching some doctor documentary, they brought in a young guy about 21 years old who had died. When the doc was opening up his stomach to see what killed him they found a bag of large shhits in his colon, the guy hadn't shat for many days, so the poop created a blockage and he couldn't shit and he died from that. The shhits had gone into his bloodstream and caused Ecoli poisoning to hin and he died from shit poisoning. Rule nr.1 treat your self right, poop everyday 4 times, do an enema once in a while, where you stick a tube down the butthole while you stand upside down (head on the floor) and let the tube filled with coffee and water go down your stomach, then rush to poop and see how much poop you had in you, people always think that they finish pooping but in reality the stomach still has a lot of poop left in the walls of the colon!
