Capitalism has achieved the most progress and has helped end mass amounts of hunger and raises much of the world from poverty. But I do agree today’s liberal economy is a disaster you used to be able to raise a family wife stays at home man works and you live very comfortably not anymore libs destroyed that.

Ive always had problems with love and I was afraid to open my heart, because of the knowledge that someone could break it. Viktor wrote about how his love to his wife is beyond the physical. After reading this part, I was overwhelmed with a feeling of love from My great grandparents that were killed in Auschwitz and I felt like they were talking to me through this book. Thanks a lot for what you are doing

@@RightHearAudio Yes, I could almost feel those moments in your voice. But your professionalism made it impossible to know where you swallowed your saliva in between such tough lines. Well done👍🏾👍🏾

I thoroughly enjoyed this book. Frankls unique life experience and professional history make his perspectives so earnest. On top of that, he truly lived by the concepts that he wrote in this book, he walked the walk. And even though he was extremely educated and intelligent, his writing style still feels casual and simple. This is one of those books I would recommend to everyone.

Too gruesome to listen to. We make alive again horrors of the past. This is not good. I was hoping it was more of a positive consideration of the strengths gained.

That's true, Brenda, part 1 is very difficult to process. Parts 2 and 3 provide the positive content and part 4 talks about Frankls Logotherapy. Feel free to skip ahead to those parts if you're still interested! Thanks 😊

If we don't make alive the horrors of the past voluntarily, we will do so out of involuntary ignorance.
