Still stuns me that a guy in a T Shirt and sneakers can't outrun an officer in boots and 40 odd pounds of equipment strapped to him. Kudo's on the cops fitness.

The life style of a criminal never stops amazing me. They rarely ever change their mindset or they're actions and consequences or laws are meaningless to them. It's like they hate themselves and purposefully do all they can to sabotage their lives while honestly believing it's all other peoples fault and nothing to do with them.

At least 51% of it is how they were raised. Kids need good, sensible citizens as parents to have the potential to grow up and be good citizens. There's too many grown children who like to think they are entitled and always the victim. I really don't understand people who run from the law, even if they're wanted; They are just buying themselves a few minutes before they force you to stop... I digress. Just my humble 2-cent opinion.
@kwakester

@@mulljacob The 'parents' who raise them are afflicted with the dangerous mind-virus known as socialism. Socialism takes away all will to work, succeed, have personal goals, take responsibility, etc. etc. If the 'parents' are afflicted, they will certainly pass this down to their offspring in most cases. I believe that socialism and communism are both illegal in the USA, however it's simply being ignored by the socialists who've gained power over the years.

The recruit is a recruit, he is there to be _trained_ . Until he knows what he is doing, to you don't want him taking action without the guidance of a training officer. Like seriously, what do you people think the point of having training officers is? If the recruit already knows what to do, how to do it, and when to do it, they wouldn't need training for a few weeks after they start. If they _do_ need training, you don't want them doing anything that you didn't tell them to do, unless your life is in danger. I hope the next time you start a new job you get customers complaining at you for not being fast enough, for not being able to answer all their questions in the spot, first day is no excuse, you took the job, you should just _know_ all this stuff. Didn't you even do the preliminary job training!? Well, what more could you possibly need?

Why? Fits the bill to a T. Thinks he is above the law, check, makes unwise decisions, check. No doubt if his bike wasn't broken he would have used his God given gifts as a biker to flee at high speed instead of stopping like a lesser mortals. I mean, why else ride an extremely dangerous, uncomfortable death machine, if not for the fact that you can go really fast on it? And every biker I have ever seen is convinced they are just more skilled than lesser people.

Just to clarify a few things, everyone seems to be giving a recruit shit when they don’t realize that a recruit is just a civilian that is still going to the application process. He has no resting powers or any authority at all. His entire purpose is just to watch and learn how real officers do police work so that he can use that experience in the Academy and when he’s eventually on the field

People are absolutely insane racking up felonies and warrants man. No doubt I’m stupid but I do have a single felony, and the single wisest piece of advice you could ever get in that situation to someone is do whatever you have to do to get out of the system. Face the consequences, do the time if need be whether inside or on probation (what I got) and then get your shit together and move on. Just something I never understood I guess idk, I kept going and got off 3 years early and am about to land my first salaried position with no debt and a 20k car paid off

Pointless for the officer to help when the bike can't be on the street at all. Not to mention the guy had no license so he can't even drive. Yes, he should have helped him fix it, and then busted him the moment he drove away, like he would with other illegal motorist, that would make better sense. Also annoys me when cops stop to help a car that ran into something, and then arrest the driver just because they are drunk. They stopped to _help_ , why do they always have to turn it into a violation? So unjust! Of course since 95% of people on bikes like that have no intention of stopping for the police provided the bike is working, it makes some sense to take advantage of the fact that he can't just flip the officer off and then recklessly flee at 150mph, the way he probably normally would.

The officer was just making small talk to establish probable cause to further, this event was never going to be about that. But on topic, you are right. While the conditions generally don't allow for that, because there are many aspects of registering a vehicle that does require a drivers license to acquire other eventual requirements, like insurance, but to get a vehicle operational for road use, would eventually require the person driving you around on your used motorcycle with a broken chain to have a license and insurance.

ORIGINALLY EVERYONE HAD THE RIGHT TO DO ANYTHING EXCEPT ANYTHING THAT WOULD B A PROVABLE FACT THAT WHAT U WERE DOING WOULD CREATE DAMAGE &/or INJURE ANYONE ELSE. Yes, like our god granted right to drive without a license, gotcha. Maybe the Founding Fathers should have specifically said exactly what you said in the Constitution, and we could have avoided all this confusion. But they didn't say that anywhere, and they also included that annoying Amendment that grants the states "the right to make all needful regulations" in their various jurisdictions. Your _rights_ are the ones listed in the fucking Constitution. If everything was a right unless you could prove it harmed someone, why would they bother listing certain rights specifically? But don't mind me, have fun being deranged, and probably actually harming plenty of people with your ridiculous actions inspired by your baseless beliefs.
