The position of judge and DA should not be elected positions to begin with. least than 1% of the voters even understand the requirements for those positions. Politicians are generally lawyers.. so they at least understand what is needed and what is not. Get bad nominations? Flush the offending politician out of office and get someone else better. Of course.. ALL of this depends on a populace that understands basic civics and applies those lessons when voting. Most don't. That train left the station a LONG time ago!

"Swallowed batteries and some hand sanitizer" I worked at a secure mental hospital a little while back. This kind of thing is pretty regular, I was told of an inmate who, while on a trip to the hospital, removed the head rest from the transport van and stabbed himself in the stomach. I didn't believe him until I got to know the guy. He was a young kid, a drug addict, and man did he hurt himself. He had a persistent open wound on his stomach that he'd mess with regularly. His intestines found their way outside of his body more than once. I remember the day he died, he shoved something in his gut that gave him sepsis or something like that. Apparently, on the way to the hospital he was really scared. I think he realized he didn't want to die, although it was too late. Haha this is an old video and I wrote way too much. Oh well
