Any reasons for bad form or bad results are not his fault but the players, his tactics are insane, we are first in the championship for chances created and last for xG conversation rate, we had 50 shots on goal against Portsmouth and Derby, we scored 2 goals, one being a penalty. The Glazers tried on absurd levels to make this the Marcus Rashford/ Pogba/ Shaw team. And Mourinho called them out and they sacked him for that. I'm sorry but any manager that comes is doomed to fail in that dynamic.
@DaRealND19Ай бұрын
@@JoseFranco9 Except only two of those are home grown. Shaw for his part has performed anytime he's available, and it made sense to try and work with Pogba who is a good player in his own right and was the most expensive transfer at the time of purchase. There's something really rotten within the core structures of the club it seems, be interesting to see id Radcliffe can do something about it
@maciejbala477Ай бұрын
Yep. I think it's just because the recruitment team is terrible, and ownership likes to sign big names without a broader plan of what to do with them. Like Pogba for instance. Could've worked out and had his moments, but you need to build your team around him. That's just one example, but overall, just like a system and atmosphere can really suit a player and improve him a lot, the opposite happens at United.
