On college campuses it is incredibly difficult to guard the heart against lust. I go to school in the south and the amount of women dressed in horribly revealing clothing is insane. I understand the root of lust is internal, but in order to develop purity of heart we need to shelter ourselves from external temptation.

what i would say to this is dont fall in the trap of others that turn to God but make no action find something that you feel connected with and give your 100% with God behind you, and you will see the diffrence

What you say is true about men not feeling welcome in college. My son was enrolled at the Univ of Delaware in a creative major and was constantly told he is the evil problem of society because he's male. Never did we ever anticipate anything like this. He wasn't the only one who experienced this. He left that school and found love and acceptance at a southern school.

Seeing it with the countless Catechumen’s in our Church. I’m catechumen myself as is my wife. We also have 2 young boys. Father Hill in AZ had to move us from a small room to the Church because the numbers continue to grow including a 14 year old boy that came on his own. May the Faith of the True Church prevail against the gates of hell forever Amen.

God bless you, Father Tryphon and Father Mark! I am an older widow who is not officially Orthodox -yet!-but, I have been drawn to the Russian People and all things Russian since my 'teens. Adamantly NOT the soviet monsters! Blinded in the West by the lies of the so-called "Christian" doctrines here, it has taken until the past 1.5-years to find answers to the questions I've had that were just not addressed by those heterodox "teachers" who feed the sheep only dried tumbleweeds and call them "Truth." In this discussion, I heard the answer to who has already been taken away to release the evil upon Earth! I didn't realize he was a man! I wondered about Tsar Nicholas II, and why he was so demonized by the world... God has been showing me what is happening with the assault against Orthodoxy by the Atlanticists in Eastern Europe, Russia and the Middle East, and teaching me much about the real purpose. But, now, I see Why! Why Russia; Why Tsar Nicholas and his predecessors, culminating with him! I am rejoicing in the understanding of this Holy Scripture as a key to the End Times Revelations! Glory to God in all things! And, Thank you, both!!!

11:07 #the #Princess #of #Moscow Catherine I of Russia, born Marta Skowrońska, was indeed the second wife of Peter the Great and the Empress of Russia from 1725 until her death in 1727. Her reign followed that of Peter the Great and preceded that of Peter's grandson, Peter II. Catherine was born around 1684 in modern-day Latvia. She was of peasant origin and worked as a servant before being captured by Russian forces during the Great Northern War. She entered into the service of Aleksandr Menshikov, a close associate of Peter the Great, and soon caught the attention of Peter himself. After converting to Russian Orthodoxy, Catherine married Peter in 1712, following the death of his first wife. Despite her humble origins, Catherine proved to be an able consort and contributed to the stabilization and modernization of Russia during her brief reign as empress. Catherine I's reign marked a transitional period in Russian history, bridging the gap between Peter the Great's reforms and the ascension of the next ruler, Peter II. She played a significant role in continuing Peter's policies and maintaining stability in the empire during her time as empress.

Thank you for presenting this because it's devastating to know this has been happening where pornography is destroying the hearts, minds, and souls of the brokenhearted that are human trafficked who are forced into rape. I found out this was happening while managing an Orthodox singles group and actually spoke with Fr. Hans about that issue and how Orthodox Christian men doing such things aren't ready to be the head of a household. THANK YOU. THANK YOU. THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR REACHING OUT TO HELP THE LOST. And I love you Fathers, too, and thank you for this necessary video. I thank our Lord for the upbringing I enjoyed with a father who came from a long line of real fathers and real men. I heard the stories passed down, and the thread of Orthodoxy was always there. The two most important lessons I learned from my father (directly, indirectly, and even self-discovery due to rebellion when I rightly disagreed with him, for he is a human being too) other than the Faith are toughness and independence. We learn what to do and what not to do from our fathers through the window of the Word of God, and it’s our duty to try to raise better men than we. Even the general culture of my hometown had a biblical basis. For example, single parenthood was frowned upon, and most of us expressed shock upon meeting kids who didn’t have their fathers in their homes; but, I’m glad to say that Godly men in the rest of the families and elsewhere helped the situation somewhat, and the small town/rural atmosphere more than helped. Forgive me for “preaching to the choir,” but I must warn all of you reading this that evil uses false compassion (infringing upon freedom “for the public good,” for example) to further its agenda, and if we disagree we are “selfish, hateful, and toxically masculine.” Evil is aware of its own toxicity, for it chose its side. Lord Jesus Christ, Son of God, have mercy on us sinners. ☦️

i been in seek of truth and been enjoying the journey im muslim but i have questions. but what made me stop your video at 7:23 is when you said white privileged how can that compare to the hardship of a young black male being born in to the world as a problem? and why does it have to be about race? i have never came across a white kid who felt pressure from society for being white this is barbaric.this is supposed to be a message to young men NOT white young men. God does not judge by the colour of your skin.
@Mr.Serious2103 ай бұрын
God is about love for humanity not for a specific race and this is the problem in society, people have lost the love for humanity and incline more to a specific race when that is clearly not God like Characteristics. Theres much deeper issues young men suffer from i could be wrong and if im wrong im a man who will put my hand up and ask for forgiveness but since when has a child faced issues for being white ? or is the Religion this brotherhood practice not for all races and if it aint then this is not God's religion, not yesterday not today and not tommorow. Once again if im wrong someone point out where i went wrong with a logic based answer please.
