Keeping players happy shouldn't be fans' concern. That comes from player FC syndrome. For example, Sir Alex's teams were always stacked with multiple Quality players. Get these thoughts of " I'm worried about how players feel " and focus on how can each player contribute to the team winning.

I think United probably can get him for 40 + 10 and I don't think they should go any higher than that. United have to make the rest of the clubs understand that this is a new way of United doing business. When they make a fair bid and it gets rejected, they need to move on to a plan B. It may seem difficult at first but once the other clubs realize this, negotiations will be that much easier.

I think it'll still be the same back 4 but with Martinez at LB to be the left channel passer while Dalot bombs forward. Yoro at RCB to be the right channel passer, de Ligt as the nominal LCB but in buildup he'll be the center of the 3 CBs.

Exactly mate, Dan Ashworth needs to be sitting down with these guys and telling them it’s over. It’s all very noble of Maguire to want “to stay and fight for his place” but someone has to tell him he doesn’t have a place to fight for anymore. We can’t allow these players to run their contracts down anymore just because nobody else will pay the wages. Anyone who brings the standard down has to leave. Maguire, Lindelof, McTominay, wan Bissaka, Casemiro and probably Luke Shaw should all be told to find new clubs and accept the offers on the table. Shaw can be good but his injuries kill us, we constantly don’t upgrade left back because “shaw is fit again” then 8 games into the season Shaw isn’t fit anymore.

I read 40 Mil plus ad ons somewhere else, sorry can't find the source. So they are getting close. I don't think keeping Martinez, De Ligt, Yoro happy is a concern as there are so many games. City manage it easy with Stones, Dias, Akanji. De Ligt and Martinez start with Yoro as first backup but there will be rotation anyway. It's fine. Even a fourth still works in Hancko/Hermoso as they can both also play left back.

If you play with 2 CBs and you are playing 50/60 games per season, that’s 100 to 120 matches for CBs. You can still give Yoro/De ligt 30 to 40 starts. That's before injuries. There's enough room for 3 top CBs

We are enjoying the new structure at Manchester United, but they still need to move out a lot of players, especially Lindelöf, Eriksen, Casemiro, Hannibal, Wan-Bissaka, and Sancho (at least £40 million for Sancho) as these players are clearly not consistent at all. If they manage to ship them out, then we will need to strengthen our midfield, especially with players like Ugarte, Simons, Onana, or Zubimendi. Keeping Martinez, Yoro and De Ligt all enough game time to be happy isn't gonna be eny problem at all imo. If the only option behind Yoro is Maguire or Evans we're in for a rough season. Yoro is bound to have a dip in form at some point considering his age and the fact that he needs to get aclimatised to a whole new country and a new league. Putting that much preasure on him st this stage is asking for trouble. De Ligt is much more of the finished article and should be the #1 option for RCB this season. But 1/3 of the games it should be Yoro playing. And I think Yoro could potentially also be the rotation option for Martinez as LCB.
