I am not an olympic lifter. Ive never done steroid. I have weighed about 150 - 170 my whole life. I used to squat and dead lift 500 +. And im just a smuch at a gym. Hes natty. Some people just got better genetics than others. I was already squating and benching over 300 going to senior year of high school though. Most people are just crazy out of shape and weak af. Always accusing someone thats just not lazy af of being on gear.

I’m sure he knows he can do those weights, but those Olympic weightlifting dudes are skilled at bailing out too. There’s really no need for a spotter, you just drop the weight off your back if it’s too heavy, and that’s not too hard with a good upright posture

The top asian coaches actually teach this. The lay person is extremely freaked out by knee caving, but if you watch a significant portion of elite asian olympic lifters utilize this knee caving for drive

fun fact, although impressive amounts of weight can be lifted by humans, it isnt the limit that humans are capable of. We have only managed to reach about 10% of the body's potential of weight lifting based on the tensile strength of the body.

Height is mostly irrelevant at this level, the taller you are the more muscle mass you can have so the more weight you can move. Lasha Talakhadze is also a weightlifter and squats 350kg+ and is 6'6
