This short video is showing exactly how traffic stops have been handled since the early 80's (when I started Driving in Phoenix). The Worst part (That Has not been Mentioned) is that these types of traffic stops turn into felony charges that the accused end up serving long Jail Sentences for. The vast majority of these victims are and were innocent. Some people I personally know have suffered irreversible damage to their lives physically and financially. I have not had a chance to read the complete report yet but I'm sure it in no way covers the true damage the Phoenix Police Department has inflicted upon it's residents. 126 pages could Never cover the Depth of the "Rabbit Hole".

Training schools teach the new recruits not the law, but that they are protected by qualified immunity along with judicial immunity for judges and prosecutorial immunity for prosecutors. Abolish Qualified/Judicial/Prosecutorial Immunity. Certification needs to be revoked as well. DoJ is correct. This is happening all across the USA.

I still remember being 18 excited about my new car and Phoenix PD stopped me bc "my temp plate paper was not within the plate frame." But then started a fishing expedition only to find out I'm a square with moving to hide. But my worst experiences have been GILBERT PD. An officer pulled behind me while I was pumping gas, waited for me to leave the gas station, and then pulled me over. Called a 2nd officer to help and they proceeded to search my wife's purse. All bc my 3 day permit was "suspicious." Another time, Gilbert again, I was driving home from work at night and was stopped for my tail light out. A simple stop right? WRONG. He proceeded to ask me THREE times if I had anything in the car he needed to know about as if I were a criminal.

It’s the qualified immunity that’s fueling their ego. Qualified immunity needs to be ended. If The officer is in question only in a court room by a judge and legal counsel it should be decided whether or not the officer is entitled to receive Qualified immunity protection, or Not. No officer should be let out on the street with qualified immunity in place, this is the number one issue of ego which causes 99.9% of the problem of excessive force and 100% of the loss of taxpayers money in lawsuits that should not even had occur. Qualify immunity should be granted only in a courtroom and not taken for granted like free glaze on their donuts, i’m sure and confident that once qualified immunity is ended, they will be a new breed of officer out there on the street, whose motto would be to protect and serve and not to harass and collect.
