@Rainmaker Rapper Meek Mill was arrested one day after allegedly popping wheelies and generally driving recklessly in New York City, police said, in an area where community leaders claim their streets are overrun by off-road vehicles. The 30-year-old rapper, whose real name is Robert Rihmeek Williams, was charged with being part of a group reported to be driving motorcycles and ATVs recklessly Wednesday night in Inwood. He was arrested Thursday at around 10:15 p.m. following his appearance on the Jimmy Fallon show, during a charity event in Inwood. Instagram video reposted by fans purports to be a live stream of police taking him into custody. Mill was charged with reckless endangerment, but he arrived at court to late Thursday night to be arraigned. He was held overnight, appeared before a judge Friday, and was released on his recognizance on reduced charges.

If he had been properly investigated and they found the strings he was attached to, this wouldn’t have happened. Feel bad for all the victims of this short sighted and dangerous bail reform and defunding of the police movement. It sounded good to inexperienced people but the politicians knew better and fed the police and public to gangs and criminals. Young kids also got sucked into gangs cause they don’t yet have a rap sheet. So many lives wasted 💙🙏🏻💙

I would have never thought that a hispanic man was the face of bail reform in New York City since the media has been implying that these laws are just for black people even though they use the term people of color. Now whether you have bail reform laws or not people are going to commit crime. People make bail and reoffend all the time. The reason why bail reform has increasesed crime at least in NY is because a portion of the those people who were let out on it have reoffended. And believe it or not, the numbers of those people are not as high as people think. If that dude was still out he probably would've did the same. I hate to say this but if people want equality while not increasing crime then bail needs to be stripped from everyone. And I mean everyone, regardless of how much money they have and even if they are innocent. Simple.

I agree... It seems like the left is so proBlack and now we see a hispanic man as the face of one of their agendas, weird

If trying your luck was a person. The recklessness. I'm honestly impressed with how brazen he is. He's boasting about how powerful the DR syndicate in NY has become. Much respect. I can't hate.
