What an inspiring story! Youre my new hero, and I honestly mean that. I was in a car accident two years ago, which only ended in one complication after another, one being chronic pain. That alone will wear you down pretty fast, but Ive learned that the emotional pain and depression will drown you even faster. There are so many days where I feel like I dont have the strength to get up in the morning. And sometimes I just dont. But your story has inspired me to get up and live my life.

Nick came to my school when I was in grade 6 and I didn't really appreciate what it was he had to say, because I was too caught up in the things he kept us entertained with. but I still remember the speech he gave and now, 6 years down the track I finally understand that no matter how low you sink, it's never too late to get back to where you started as long as you never give up. thanks, Nick.
