Great work maxwell and thank you so much for showing so many different places that I'd love to visit myself one day! I was wondering how you managed to communicate though? As a fellow social "anxietist" I wanted to ask if you fared well by just speaking English or did you have to whip out the translator from time to time?
@Maqwell10 ай бұрын
English in the cities you’ll be just fine, also pointing is more than acceptable. You’ll probably become a master at sign language if you stay as long as I did too haha. Only time I ever needed to whip out the translator was in the lesser known areas like Kofu or at the hospital I went to where I had the luck of no one knowing any English lol. I think big tip just in case: download the Japanese keyboard, that came in clutch during my hospital visit lol

kinda curious to see just how much south america has had an influential hand in japan's football league: from the chants to the players and even the kofu case (the word hinchas means fans in spanish and first came from down here), it all has an element that traces back to south america kinda wild to think about it

I’m being 100% honest here (I’m from the uk btw) Japan could genuinely be the next power house in football, the dedication of the players the talents already playing My favourite player atm Wataro Endo, Minamino, Doan, Kubo, Junya Ito, Ayase Ueda just to name a few, the incredible atmosphere which sounded like watching a bundesliga match from your video, to the dedication from the clubs, give it 10-20 years and they could win a World Cup genuinely
