I had this in a episode of psychosis for 30 days. I only "came to" every once in a while , every few days, only to hallucinate and go back "down" again. Very scary stuff

Deeply depressed is one of the symptoms of Walking corpse syndrome. They go deeply depressed thinking there’s no point of life. Than they think they’re dying and go more depressed.

I had cotard delusion. Purely terrifying and it feels so disgusting! I went down to 135 pounds as a man who is 6'3 tall. And this was in summer 2020 so when i asked family to hug me they refused bc of sociak distancing.😢

@@crystalclear6133 after 3 months it went away. I honestly believe it was a miracle that I got healed from it. Most people die of malnutrition.

I'm wondering how this 'cotard delusion' can be differentiated from the actual realization that the 'person' is in fact a construction of the mind and does not exist in a real sense. I realize that, but I do not perceive it as a delusion. I perceive it as realization of reality, while I recognize the idea that I, as a person, exist as a delusion.
