Oh wow, this is so heart wrenching. He's just running on autopilot because he's still in shock. It's so wonderful that the basic needs are taken care of so he can focus on what's most important. The only good that came from the Vallow/Daybell case, is that i found EIN all the way from Ohio. I dont even think he was able to process anything until that rent for a year check came. That's a huge deal! How amazing to be able to eliminate just a fraction of his stress. Couldnt imagine being in his shoes and having to worry about how im going to pay bills. Now he can focus on his family getting better! 💜

A happy Christmas? Not likely. Given the severity of his son's injuries, that he is intubated, the boy will be in the hospital for months. It's also very possible the child's injuries will be life altering, which means leaving him disabled. It's not a time for frivolities like christmas.
