Kanthari (pungent chilli). 20-25
Kashmiri chilli powder. 1/2 tsp

Salt. 2 1/2 tbsp
Curry leaves, water as needed
Garlic. 1 bunch
Ginger. 1 medium size piece
Turmeric powder. 2 pinch
Red chilli powder 2 tsp
Salt, Curry leaves, Gingelly oil as needed
