That’s how a 16 yr old girl brings the legendary Budokan Arena to its knees! That extended “HA-AAAAAAAA!” then the 1000 meter stare followed by the slow circle power fist. That gives me chills and emotions even after 3 years of viewings!💪🏻🤘🏻

I think Suzuka just loves music, and loves interpreting music, that's why she connects so well with the songs, she feels every note and understands its meaning, she is definitely a great artist :D

This performance features my favorite guitarist, Takayoshi Ohmura, the dude with the gold guitar. He's fucking crazy during shows 😜

I have always thought this performance was the one that you could tell just how good Suzuka really was , still just a girl , with the polish af a professional... such an incredible performance.

This song I call " beautifully demented ". Imo this is the future of Babymetal or a glimpse of Sus solo career. Her solo songs are amazing. I saw them last May and hearing her voice live was awesome. Akatsuki is another solo that you will Definately enjoy. Glad you found them.

Full Metal Jacket was a phenomenal movie in two parts... The first laid the groundwork for the second, though both are distinct. This song has precisely the same effect on me. Classics, both.

I think Su sounds markedly different depending on the range of the song she is singing. I can handle the higher songs that make her sound childlike, but much prefer these lower ones that display the richness and power of her voice. She distinguishes herself from any Idol singer because of it. She is able to sound legitimate fronting a metal band without screaming or using death growls. When they put effects or use autotune in the studio, it always makes her sound worse. How many singers sound better without effects?

I agree. Her voice does not need any effect

One of your greatest reactions for BABYMETAL thus far. Keep it up! You should definitely check out Akatsuki and No Rain, No Rainbow (both Sumetal’s solo songs). Also there are 4 songs that are performed only by Yui and Moa. That arrangement is called Black BABYMETAL. The songs are:Onedari Daisakusen, 4 No Uta( song 4, a song about the number 4), GJ! and Sis. Anger( their heaviest song thus far, a black metal song). Keep up the good work. Greetings from Greece

@michaelwolf66925 жыл бұрын
Nice reaction again. I think Su-'s voice is what polarise the most. Some people don't like her voice other love that she can transport feelings/emotions so well. Like she said "No thinking. Just feeling". Then we have the metal elitist who say this is not metal even when BM has the Kami Band wich always plays awesome metal riffs on the highest level with exceptional and very likeable musicans. And don't forgot the people who just got angry about 3 cute girls from Japan who have more energy, talent and are more professional at young age then their "Idols" in their whole live. Sad that so many people forgot that you can just have fun with music. I like sugest another Band from Japan wich is Maximum The Hormone with the song Yoshu Fukushu kzbin.info/www/bejne/mJaxZpimarKlmrs . This an trash punk band who are not crafted. Think you will like it or at least will find it funny. When you ask me about headbanging MtH comes into my mind first. On top of that the girl on the drums who is singing the first part of the song rembers me at my mother XD .

Yui- and Moa's voice do not polarize more than Su ? For example what they do in Gimme Choco ? Are you sure ?
@michaelwolf66925 жыл бұрын
Sure, but Su- is the voice of BM. When i go this way then i even could break it down to the Japanese culture that is polarising. And if i talk about Yui's and Moa's voices i will find myself in the frog pit again because of some misunderstandings XD.

@ManaMusicReactions: The Japanese labels, in general, are very keen on their copyrights. The only safe way to do reactions w/o getting blocked all the time or even getting copyright strikes is to mute the audio of the song, provide the link to the original video to your viewers and the do a little countdown to let everyone sync up. Sometimes it's even necessary to make the video more or less transparent.

I wouldn‘t call this song brutal, but dark. It‘s about a person being trapped in a nightmare with an unknown „devil“ coming towards them, until they finally succumb to it. You can look up the lyrics here, if you are interested: du-metal.blogspot.com/2014/03/akumu-no-rondo.html. I think the music does a nice job of supporting the atmosphere. If you want something more „brutal“, you might want to try „BABYMETAL DEATH“: kzbin.info/www/bejne/oIPGapeYnM51hqs

You need some Nightwish: Ghost Love Score live @ Waken 2013 Or some Ne Obliviscaris: And Plague Flowers the Kaleidoscope. The first is a supreme performance of an epic song The second is a Masterpiece. "Australian metallers Ne Obliviscaris have seen their song "And Plague Flowers The Kaleidoscope" from their debut album Portal Of I included in a teaching curriculum at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music, one of Australia's most prestigious classical Conservatories. The song will undergo a compositional analysis by Professor Matthew Hindson, Chair of Composition at the Conservatorium. "And Plague Flowers The Kaleidoscope" will be studied as part of the curriculum."
