Triglycerides, small dense Ldl, glycosylation of Ldl are all related to sugar consumption. Sugar triggers persistant hyperinsulinemia which promotes fat storage, insulin resistance....Avoid processed sugars, fast regularly to bring down insulin, visceral fat., triglycerides, small dense Ldl
