Story 1: If this took place in America, Karen would have violated about 25 different clauses of the ADA, and getting fired would have been the least of her problems. She would also have had to pay hefty fines personally, most of it going to OP, and likely perform extensive community service for the disabled as part of her punishment. Additionally, had the company decided to keep Karen on the payroll for whatever reason, they could have faced hefty penalties themselves.

Story 4: When a Karen keeps trying to buy your property just tell them: I will sell it to you for one million dollars...in cash...no bills larger than a 20. It will usually shut them up. If you have a Karen nearby install security cameras and ALWAYS call the police if they violate your property...it's the only thing they understand. Don't allow them to abuse you. In this case Karen committed - Trespassing, Destruction of Property, Burglary, Criminal Mischief, B & E & Theft of Property. After her arrest you get a Permanent Restraining Order.

The first story the chavette truly scuttled her career, especially where holding a position of authority in concerned. Whenever any company sends out a letter to every company, including their competition and rivals to not hire for such a major infraction like what the chavette did, that's check and mate, game over, set and match, it's head out of the park and no stopping in the shower.

No while the manager was in the wrong the OP definitely was being entitled, not all managers are good but OP ran to daddy based off that interaction. Nepotism keeps OP employed just as much as A.D.A. will. Again I don't absolve the manager of anything because she deserved her fate still too.

Oh my gosh sound like something that happen with my friends husband. They has an HR person who had not had to "hire" an executive assistant for the man , and when they look for one they ask for someone who is fluent in sign language preferably some one who is CODA or SODA(C). The HR person said they could not ask for that, so the man sat in on the interview that she scheduled. Three of assistants did not understand any sign and the fourth person did understand sign but fluently. So none of those assistants worked for a deaf executive.

As soon as the neighbor removed the fence in the fourth story, I'd have making a pair of -phone calls. The first to the police for destruction of property, and the second one to an attorney for the fence being taken down, to see what legal actions and options are available. In the situation of when the chavette neighbor showed up on a bulldozer, it's essential to escalate the matter to the police. However in the end the police were called in and the neighbor chavette ended up in prison where she belonged.

Wondering if Karen actually used a bulldozer or a front end loader. Many people don't know the difference. A front end loader has a bucket. It can have either tires or tracks. A bulldozer has a blade similar to a snow plow. As far as I know, they always have tracks. It's normally pretty obvious if something with tracks has run over your lawn. It can really tear it up.

I was thinking along lines of it being a bobcat. Easier to manage in backyards but still can do a 'number' on property.

The last story. How could OP possibly not call the police when she saw karen on top of heavy machinery heading her way? She should have called the police the moment karen MOVED the fence. She should have also called a lawyer and pulled out the survey for the property. The municipality would also know how much property OP had and how much karen had. Unless this happened in some country where property taxes aren't based on property.

I got a funny school one!! I’m 35 however I look barely 18 eternal baby face I guess. I own a private STEAM academy, it used to be owned by 3 people but they retired and I bought them out. One day I walked in as I got an all access badge, wearing my id in my lanyard. I wasn’t wearing anything fancy as I was just dropping by to sign some paperwork, I was wearing jeans, black t shirt and puma trainers. A lady I didn’t recognize for my attention and asked “young man is class time and I don’t see your hall pass, where are you supposed to be at?” Me: ummm heading to counselor office Teacher: do you have an appointment? Me: yea I got to sign the approval for the budget increase to hire another counselor. Teacher: Visible confusion… Teacher: *looks closer at lanyard*. Oh my goodness Mr. M I am so sorry! I have no yet met you and didn’t know what you looked like, and you look so young!! Me: haha don’t worry I get all the time, please to meet you, and thank you for being thorough with your duties. She was also very nice during the whole interaction, and she continues to be one of my best teachers.

Last story: CALL. THE. DANN. POLICE!! There is no such thing as “escalating” a situation when someone is being that unreasonable and borderline dangerous. That is exactly the reason you have to call the police because you aren’t going to be able to reason with people like that and letting them do stuff like that just means they’re going to escalate it themselves, probably in ways the the police will do you no good
