Update: After Alan was fired, he couldn't get a job at any other company in the state because Mr Wells told every company about the way he treated Tiffany. He also tried suing for wrongful termination but lost miserably. Alen was eventually evicted from his home and is now homeless. Mr Wells found a different partner who is highly respected and his wife went on maternity leave. Tiffany gave birth to a healthy baby and when she eventually returned, she helped the company climb even higher

It's wonderful that Tiffany's husband was the acquisitor of the company enabling a smooth and satisfying finale, but in real life, although it would be illegal to fire her for pregnancy alone, the amount of time, energy and money to spend fighting this in court would be insurmountable. The company would undoubtedly have bigger deeper pockets for lawyers than the average person, particularlarly without a job.

nah employment law attorneys are like personal injury. They don't get paid unless you win your case, and then they take a percentage (usually 33%) the lawyer would also add attorney fees into the lawsuit so if they win, that comes out of the company's pocket, not yours; only issue here is the husband being the acquisitor , as he'd basically be suing himself once the company becomes his

Allen may not be a parent, yet he should be empathetic to Tiffany who was Pregnant with her first child. Luke, the husband is thrilled to be a dad but Allen will use that to fire Tiffany, he is cold, cruel and twisted. I’m surprised of the fact that the same Latino actor that plays the victim of racism and many of these videos is also playing the villain in the second video. we’ve already seen him, be racist to a black TikTok person played by a wonderful actor, and now he wants to fire a pregnant employee who somehow decided that it was a good idea to do so. If I’m being completely honest, this doesn’t shock me, especially knowing the fact that I am myself I’m an immigrant who has faced racism, but if I were a manager, I wouldn’t do such a thing just because I would be the victim of racism around me. The truth is, no one should be fired just because they’re pregnant.
