In a professional job a boss is supposed to care about his/hers employees with kind, respect and always help with work and learn from boundaries. That boss lives to regret it and the couple stopped this situation.

Update: Mr Thompson was fired from the company and arrested and sued for sexual harassment. His wife also filed for divorce. Mr Thompson lost everything and is now working as a janitor at a local juvenile detention center. Jessica was promoted to company manager, and Mark came on board to help her out
