LOVE the fact you rate in-person contact over Zoom contact. Whilst I so appreciate the availability of Zoom, it's so important to be in the same air space as other people. Energy of any person must be felt and it tells you far more than just the visual on a screen. Our bodies consist of multiple energy systems. They have 'conversations' with the energy systems of those we meet before we ever utter a word.

My reasons for watching these vlogs are different to your podcasts. Within these vlogs, I get an insight into the way your brain and mind works, and how you deal with situations and achieve what you want from life. As someone who has recently understood she has ADHD, and having been brought up in very similar circumstances to you (from East London), I feel like my brain works somewhat similarly to yours, and hence watching YOU helps ME understand myself and my brain better. Im also obsessed with the podcasts, but my reasons for watching are different. The podcasts provide me with value, insight, perspective and meaning into life, health & business. Whereas the vlogs hold more of a personal value. So thank you Steven, the Education you provide quite literally transforms my life, and I find that in bettering myself, I have been able to unconsciously better the lives of those around me. I just wish this level of education could be made available to children within schools, because they need that level of understanding and perspective if not more than us, as adults :)
