25:00 the only thing in short supply is time. Something we spend that we can never get back. So in my opinion any way to give our selves more time is the most valuable thing there is. To me though thinking that I would die anyway would make me feel bleak, it doesnt matter what I do or don't do because Im gonna die anyway, I didn't find value in my life by accepting death.

Look at what type of people this creating having all that wealth. Are you happy? In constant search of wealth and exploiting other people's ideas because they lack the will to enter the business market because all it involves is insider trading and sharks tearing you up through the legal system. If they don't want you to do well, they will find a way in their system to make sure you never make it. Yet, people keep chasing this lifestyle and it gets them nowhere. In my opinion

Bahahahah at the swimming quote. I tried swimming for the first time after a long time and I was surprised that it was much harder than it used to be… and I didn’t understand the breathing situation. So… my tactic, if I were to find myself in a mass of water, such as the ocean, is to lay on my back without panic and to just gently guide myself in hopefully the direction of land 😅 If I start trying to swim I’m surely gonna die.

This was super interesting. One funny thing I really NEED to mention is about night-time erections. 5 years ago I changed my diet to a Whole Food Plant Based (WFPB) diet. After a couple of weeks, I started to have a "boner" every morning I woke up. Just like when I was a teenager, Still today, 5 years later, I have the same erections every night, My overall health has of course increased, but I still wonder why in the world I get boners night after night. It is what it is... funny though.

This was a very interesting episode. I think he shared some very helpful tools to live a longer, healthier life. However, most people don’t have the time or the money to implement this lifestyle fully. I agree with Steven’s viewpoint on life. Experience is so important. Why would we want to live forever and never be present and enjoy life to the fullest? My hope would be to implement as many of these healthily life changes that time and money allow, while still having a balanced life. It’s a great conversation to get me thinking about what those healthy changes might be, and what important life experiences I want to continue.

The best takeaways for me were the Culture of Experimentation and the framework for becoming the person you want to be. I really admire your style-the way you seamlessly blend valuable insights and narrate invaluable lessons through your life journey. Just a small note-I noticed a small transition error at 5:38, where the line 'facets of my life' repeats, but it’s just a minor detail in an otherwise fantastic video. I’ve even given you and your team a nickname: one of "The real disrupters" of this generation! Kudos to you and the team for the exceptional work you’re doing!

My dad's 84 smoked from the age of 11, was a young man in the 60s took whatever drugs were about back then, he has always been a sugar junkie... he is still here and doing fine.. did he just get genetically gifted as we don't have any cancer in our family and our elders are all in their mid 80s... this is all pure pseudoscience but a great experiment none the less.

What if Bryan gets his by a car? Has an accident? Putin or Kim Jung Il presses the button? I am 53, and in the last 25 years I believe a series of dissapointing things have evolved to create acceptable and non acceptable cultural norms amd these things are taking the joy out of life. We are a different world now, more dangerous and anti social. Globalists, and created diseases, no I like Bryan, but he still dyes his hair and our experience here on earth is an expression of a loving God giving us the free will he himself has. St Framcis of Asissi is right "my soul shall not rest until it rests in thee Oh Lord" I knew a guy who lived to 105. He enjoyed his daily routines but the world around him didnt make sense to him anymore.
