Toddlers are just starting to scratch the surface of understanding their feelings and it can be difficult for them to cope. It’s important that we help and teach them to identify, accept and manage their emotions. Apart from managing the emotions at the present moment, this actually sets the foundation for the child’s emotional intelligence in the future.
