I love how we all use different methods to reach the same deliciousness! I use potato water to make gravy too. I also season the flour before I dip the meat into it then I use the leftover flour to make my gravy. As far as I’m concerned there is no bad potato! lol… I wasn’t even hungry until I watched this! Thanks for update on your knee. Hang in there until you can get it fixed. Josh did great…that is a very hard sport and requires a lot of self discipline and determination. I’m with you, as I have noticed potatoes do not last as long as they use to before going bad. Beautiful colors in your area. I love seeing the mountains. I have always made homemade mashed potatoes!! We like smooth and chunky..just depends on the mood I’m in..🤣🤣 I keep forgetting about adding bouillon. Prayers to you on your knee. Been there & ended up doing a knee replacement cuz I fell down our steps & landed on the ceramic tile landing. It was 5 years ago. So ready for my cataract surgery the first week of November. This wearing my glasses is killing me since she has to do her final measurements for my lens replacement on Monday. Coming from someone who 1st injured one of their knees nearly 50yrs ago and the 2nd knee approx 30yrs ago, I’ve suffered a very long time with damaged knees, they’re both bone on bone and very bad however I’m not a candidate for surgery bc of other underlying issues, I’m happy you’re getting your problem handled and I think doing it in January is great bc you wouldn’t want to be laid up thru the holidays, I know how much they mean to you and trust me, recovery is a long involved intricate process and can’t/shouldn’t be rushed, I know this from having spent many weeks in rehab, after being in renal failure, with several other folks there after knee surgeries🤷🏻‍♀️ Anyhoo, I’m sending up prayers to keep you safe and that your healing is quick and as pain-free as possible🙏♥️🤞 Dinner looked amazing, I love chicken cutlets, they’re a fav😋 Take good care Sammie, I love you🙏♥️💫✨👼🏻✨💫♥️🙏PS: I know that Josh is very dedicated to his weight training therefore I know he did an amazing job and gave it his all, much love Josh🙏♥️🥰
