I love corned beef hash cooked crispy with poached eggs! I was so very blessed to have survived both hurricanes with very little damage. Our beautiful town suffered the loss of many very old oak trees and palm trees and our landscape looks very different. But my heart is broken for those that lost homes, family and friends

Roast Sirloin joint of beef, Sliced, with gravy, yorkshire pudding, roast potatoes, brussel sprouts and roasted parsnips, we serve it with either horseraddish sauce or English mustard. That would be our favourite. A roasting Beef joint is quite expensive here in Scotland, so its not an every week kind of meal. We only have it now and again. We're lucky that here in Scotland, we have Aberdeen Angus cattle. Today we're having Braised steak with roasted spiced and sliced potatoes, green beans andbutter beans. We can buy cheaper joints of meat like Silverside but for special occasions its got to be Sirloin. Your fried potatoes look awesome, I'd happily eat at your house Sammi 😀😀😀. We just had a pot of the Northern White Beans. I put left over ham in mine! They are good! We love Fried Potatoes with onions!! That’s always a good side!! Yes, I grew up eating a raw piece of potato with salt! Mother always said that was good if anyone had a tummy ache! I still put catsup on my scrambled eggs and sometimes I’ll put it on my fried eggs!! I’ve had people say: “That’s horrible!” But don’t knock it until you try it!! What a busy gal you were in today's video, Sammi. Please take it easy on your knee before the surgery (I have two bad knees & I find myself sitting down more often bc they ache after a while). Breakfast & dinner looked so yummy. The one dinner I could eat over & over is my Dad's baked macaroni & cheese. He taught me how to make it over the years & there's no set recipe (dash of this, little of that type of recipe). I've been teaching my kids how to make it so they'll be able to make it for their families one day.

What you fixed tonight, cornbread, pinto beans, fried potatoes would be part of a meal I would like. I would also love fried squash with some tomato and cucumber on the side. One of my other favorite meals is London broil fixed in the crockpot all day with two cans of golden mushroom soup plus water. Then we fix toast and fix it like a sandwich. Cut that in half and put mashed potatoes in the center and pour the gravy from the roast over that and it is delicious. Along with that we add fried okra and sometimes steamed squash, and it is delicious.

My husband likes his fried potatoes crunchy. So I cube them up and toss them in self rising flour with a little bit of salt. Fry them until brown on all sides of cubes. He loves them. I like them too. Also, if you add dabs of butter on top of the potatoes then put the lid on for awhile, they cook a lot faster.

Love potatoes any way. We roast them a lot in the oven! I want to try them in the air fryer like you cook them. I love that potato slicer. I use to eat raw potatoes too growing up. When I was pregnant with first child ate raw potatoes a lot. 🤣🤣 We do what we have to do to stay cool..that is real life right there!! I love chicken and dumplings, home made with chunks of chicken…my favorite meal, with fresh turnips greens and cornbread! I love raw onion on my beans too. Once again supper looked delicious.

Our favorite Sunday supper is chuck roast, potatoes, and carrots in the crockpot. Sorry about your knee pain. I suffer from knee pain as well . Weather changes seem to make it act up more. Your Sunday meal yummy! Really enjoy this series!
