Get out of your feelings. Every game has a meta. Haydunn wins matches because he's a good player. Competitive pokemon consist of knowledge about the meta, team comps, TM sets, reads and predicting. You can't get mad at the meta when every game has one and if people choose to play and get good at a game at some point you're forced to play the meta. Haydunn does this stuff for KZbin but if he was playing with money on the line for example he's going to run Meta. You have no choice. That satisfaction you get from seeing players lose to non-meta is like a "hater of popular things" mentality that exist within yourself; it's basically a YOU issue. I use to play Yugioh as a kid and I disliked that everyone played the meta but I understood why. I went to local Tournaments, I lost some rounds, won some rounds playing anti-meta. Even in games like Call of Duty, there are meta perks and weapons and then meta Set ups and meta strategy based on game modes such as Search and Destroy nade spots or head glitches or slide canceling etc. Your choice is to not care and have fun doing whatever you wish to do or just be salty about it. Option 3 is find something not meta, but is good enough to counter meta threats and learn it like the back of your hand and go beat meta with it, something that aMSa did for about 10 years in Super Smash bros, opting to Play Yoshi, a non-Meta character until he was so good with Yoshi he competed and won tournaments being the only Yoshi player to do so and get top spots for years.@@BusinessSkrub

While this has nothing to do with Manaphy specifically, it really irks me that they removed tail glow from gen 8. Xurkitree is not even a quarter of the monster it has the potential to be without the option to become an instant nuke and they didn't give it nasty plot to make up for that heinous crime. Anyways tail glow is my favorite move and Manaphy is so fun because of it and take heart
