Thanks man I didn't book any package and did it without a guide. Nepalese citizens do not need a guide, but non-nepalese might need it. With permit and everything, it might cost non-nepalese around 1000 dollars. For me, it was just around 200 dollars.

Min 20k is necessary. For safe side , take around 25k
