I can't believe how quick Summerfield sold out! I feel like it was just yesterday, I was touring the 4 different models at least once a week with different clients. And I still have clients asking about Summerfield, so we are putting us on the list incase any of those 27 homes fall through before closing.

Thanks for sharing your experience @user-fw6yz8zp5x, it greatly adds to the video and channel. I'm guessing when you say "here" you mean in NJ? Regardless of where, homes are so expensive simply because we have been building too few homes for the past 15 years. The lack of inventory in the for sale and for rent market has prices soaring and rents soaring too. It's a national problem that requires local solutions. Smarter growth management solutions.
