AD | Today we're taking a look around another Moda Living neighbourhood, the stunning Moda, Angel Gardens in Manchester, right next to the Northern Quarter of the city. It has 466 apartments spanning across 34 floors and offers studio apartments, right up to 3 bedroom apartments and incredible penthouses.
The amenities alone are amazing in themselves, consisting of a rooftop terrace complete with its own 5-aside football pitch, cinema and games room, co-working spaces - perfect if you work from home, so you're not stuck in your apartment all day, along with a library, residents’ lounge, private dining room that you can book out privately and a state-of-the-art gym.
Because of the amazing location and way the neighbourhood is laid out, from so many of the amenities and your apartment itself, you get stunning views right across the city, with everything finished to the absolute highest standard. I think if I lived here, it would feel like I was living in a hotel - it's just SO perfect. I'm looking around one of their two bedroom apartments today, which is on the 26th floor and it really gives you a feel of what living at Moda, Angel Gardens would be like. The interiors are beautiful and the rooms feel spacious and not cramped, which sometimes is common for city centre apartments especially.
With two equal-sized bedrooms complete with en-suites, if you were sharing this apartment with a friend or flat mate, you feel like you each have your own individual space and you don't have your bedrooms directly next door - there’s no shared wall or squabbling over who gets the bigger room. If you're thinking of relocating to Manchester soon or looking for a new home as you already live there, I'd definitely recommend taking a look around a Moda apartment, it's even better in real life!

Think twice before you move there. All the workers have attitude, money seekers, and do not want to help. I was so excited to move there and booked view for couple of apartments. I explained to the guy who I spoke to that I want to have an idea about the design and the type of the apartments before I move in and he promised that he will show me some of them. However, when I arrived there for viewing there was an upset guy asked me to wait but later came back like someone forced him to show me around. On our way to view the apartments, he asked when will I move in and I said in two months. Amazingly he changed his direction and guided me in building A. Even though I explained my preference, he insisted on telling him what I am looking for. The whole conversation was odd. Later, he took me to an apartment with amazing view and I asked which floor we are in and His answer was weird. He said I cannot tell you because I am not sure if this will be available when you want to move in, and he continued talking about that like forever. I was shocked and all I was asking about is the floor number. When he finished his preaching, I said still do not want to tell me which floor we are in, and he lied and said we are in 22nd floor (I did not comment on that but later I checked the website and the apartment was on 10th floor). The second shocked was preaching me about grants. I asked him to tell me the price of the apartment not in grants. He got upset and gave me a lesson about grants and kept mentioned the prices in grants. The third shock was that he did not want to show me another apartment at all and the excuse was that I did not tell him my preferences. He said that I should tell him more about my preferences. I replied that this is not one of the apartments that I asked to view them and the price is away from my budget. Hardly he showed me another apartment which also was not one of apartment that I booked to view. I ignored this experience because I really want to move in. As the guy who I communicated with asked me to keep my eyes on the available apartments on the website and since then everyday I was checking that even though I am on vacation with no lab top. Later I found couple of apartments which I directly communicated with Moda and inquired about some stuff like the floor number which is not showing on the new website and if my pets are allowed (weirdly pets are allowed only on odd number floors which that reduced my options). I was ignored since then. I kept sending emails until today when I found a good apartment. Again I asked about the floor and if it is pet friendly floor. The guy replied to check that on the website and ignored all my inquires. However I insisted on my inquires and asked again, and amazingly his reply was sort of sarcastic and preaching at the same time. He gave me a lesson about how to know the floor number. These information (if the workers really care) should be provided from day one. And by the way not all the buildings in UK have apartments number start with the floor number. I am staying in apartment number 64 which is on the 8th floor. So the floor number and the apartment number are not related. Be careful the building is not pet friendly as they claim nor the workers are helpful. The workers are not friendly and rude. This was a really bad experience and I asked for my money back.

Very nice as in the previous featured studio in London but why did they choose Samsung for home appliances, that's really not a brand specialised in that. Just my point of view but I would change everything for Miele for example.
