I can't emphasise enough how I just KNOW you're all going to love these apartments.. Every detail, appliance and amenity has all been so well thought-out, with creating best possible place for Moda residents to call 'home' at the heart of Moda Living's design. With furnished, well proportioned apartments, kitted out with everything you could need, along with the likes of a sky lounge, cinema room, rooftop terrace, dining room and co-working spaces located just an elevator ride away.
The Lexington is forward-thinking, practical and enables you to live a life you love. It's also pet friendly, something many rental properties, especially in terms of apartments, don't always allow - which I totally love that they had thought about. This means if you're thinking of making the move to a city, as Moda Living have neighbourhoods across the UK, you can totally make it 'yours', by bringing your furry friend and having tonnes of great things on your doorstep.

Its just a shame that the block itself is so ugly. No imagination whatsoever went into the exterior aesthetic. Its a blight on the waterfront landscape unfortunately.
