Lovely movie. Must watch... beautiful story, very moving, great acting. Casey deserves an Oscar, and Michelle Williams too. The silences talk, and what is not said by words...you get it thru body language. Very moving. Great story !

probably the best interview I saw for this movie, it analyze's many scenes that u just have to be a film critic to kinda extrac, but this interview really helped a amateur like me getting the explanations of some of the small scenes in the movie

That is funny. Also, if you think about it this says a lot about how CA possibly feels in these close situations. He maybe is simply nervous. I notice Lucas is more within himself too, another very cool person. These kinds of atmospheres though can be very stressful. I don't know CA at all, but I feel like he is just a different cat altogether and very intense & sensitive. I can see that in some of his reactions when KL replies. Humor is oftentimes a fortress of safety where one can hide within themselves while putting forth a polished facade. And I dare not make these leaps into Casey's inner psych especially as a total stranger, but I do see how much of a professional comic he is at times-turns the focus away from himself with precision. Michelle Williams is one of the Best Actresses today. She is Amazing🏆. The Music in this film was perhaps the most genius pairing ever and in my eyes-the music enhanced this film by a thousand degrees. Precision. Creativity and Raw powerful emotion. I can only relate so strongly to this film bc of the fire I survived myself. And also the alienation I have experienced for so long where I live. I felt such strong emotions for this film. That Ball at the end; so monumental! Yes, exactly what KL says about Lee and how far he has come. Such a Class Act! To me the ball was the Spirit of Patrick's Dad following along and tying them together. It was for me so cathartic like when my Mom died and it was just me and my Sister now and we so desperately needed her Spirit to be here on Earth with us. So I relate the ball to being the spirit of their Dad. I am kind of amazed that these interviews all take place so calmly bc for me I still get teary thinking about this Brave and Beautiful film. It is about the Tragedy of Life and how some of us can't seem to get up and over the mountains. At least not by ourselves anyway. So Sorry to this Cast and Crew for all my long winded comments. I am trying to hold off now bc I have commented so much. Back to that mic. that was super funny with zero mal intentions towards CA. Much Love & Brightest Blessings to this whole Professional and Very Amazing Cast & KL too! 🌞🏆💝🍀 ~ your movie made me feel less alone in this world in my loss and in my grief. Thank you for making and creating and sharing your Brilliance 🌞

Love the film, rewatch it at times. It helps when it's hard. And the Oscar was so deserved by Casey Affleck...
