I think people are finally getting to see what level of manager pep is when he doesn't have world class players in every position. Pep is absolutely a great manager but he's been blessed to manage club's that have some of the best player's in the world. As well as having the money to go and buy any player he's ever needed. But that's my opinion and I'm sure others will feel differently. With better players and more money he's been able to paper over his flaws as a manager but now they're exposed for all to see.
