They should restore the lines “(Train company apologises)/We apologise for this late running and the inconvenience this may cause you/the disruption to your journey today.”, “We are sorry that the/We are sorry to announce” and “For customers travelling to (wherever) your next direct (train company) service is now expected to be the (whatever time) to (destination) departing from Platform (number)” at this station.

Might be the system at Man Picc didn’t get an update for them. A bit like how Anne at Carlisle couldn’t announce the Whitby line when I was there but she could at Newcastle!
