Egg Fried Rice Recipe:-
1. Basmati Rice (Cooked) - 6 Cups
2. Spring Onion - 6 nos.(3/4 cup chopped)
3. Eggs - 4 (beaten)
4. Refined Oil - 4 tbs
5. Garlic (Finely Chopped) - 2-3 tsp
6. Pepper Powder - 1 tsp
7. Sugar - 1 tsp
8. Salt - According to Taste
Chicken Bell Pepper Recipe:
1. Chicken - 300 gms (boneless) julienne cutting
2. Capsicum - 3 nos.
3. Spring Onion - 1/2 Cup (Chopped)
4. Big Onion - 2 (half slices)
5. Refined Oil - 2 to 3 tbs
6. Garlic (Finely Chopped) - 1 1/2 tbs
7. Cornflour - 1/2 Cup
8. Green Chillies (Chopped) - 1 nos.
9. Dark Soya Sauce - 2 tbs
10. Green Chilli Sauce - 1/2 tbs
11. Pepper Powder - 1/2 tsp to 1 tsp
12. Sugar - 1/2 tsp
14. Salt - According to taste
