How to Make Easy Sambar:
Ingredients:-
Cucumber - 1/2 Size
Brinjal - 1 nos.
Tomato - 1 nos.
Potato - 1 nos.
Carrot - 1 nos.
Lady's finger - 3 nos.
Big Onion - 1 nos.
Tuvar Da; - 3/4 Cup
Water - 4 to 5 Cups
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
Kashmiri Cilli Powder - 3/4 tbs - 1 tbs
Coriander Powder - 3/4 tbs
Asa Foetida - 1/2 tsp
Fenugreek Powder - 1/4 tsp
Salt (According to taste)
Tamarind (Gooseberry Size)
Coriander Leaves
For Tempering :
Coconut oil - 1 1/2 tbs
Mustard Seeds- 1 tsp
Dry Red Chillies - 2 nos. (Split)

How to make Cabbage Thoran
Coconut oil - 1 1/2 tbs
Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp
Dry Red Chillies - 3 nos.
Curry leaves
Ginger (Chopped)- 1 tbs
Garlic (Chopped)- 2 Tbs
Green Chilli - 1 nos.
Turmeric Powder- 1/2 - 3/4 Tsp
Coriander Powder- 1/2 tsp
Big Onion - 1 nos.
Cabbage - 1/2 kg
Salt (According to taste)
Desiccated Coconut - 1 Cup

How to Make Egg Roast
Coconut Oil - 1 1/1 tbs
Boiled Eggs- 5 nos.
Onion - 3 nos. (Medium)
Salt (According to taste)
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder - 3 tbs
Kashmiri Chilli Powder - 1 tbs
Coconut Milk (Thick) - 1/4 Cup 1/2 Cup
Vinegar - 1 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves

Coconut Oil - 1 tbs
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Dry Red Chillies - 2 nos (Split)
Curry leaves
Green Chillies - 1/2 to 1 nos.
Ginger Paste - 1 1/2 tbs
Salt (According to taste)
Coconut Milk (Thick) - 1/2 Cup
Curd - 1 Cup
