I just arrived in Bangkok from Manchester with Air France because I don’t like the return journey with Emirates.But it is my first visit in five years because I had a stroke and it is difficult for me to get around.But I was looked after all the way with the staff taken back ways though the terminal to gate priority fast track customs and first on board in Bangkok picked up from plane fast tracked priority at immigration and they even arranged my taxi and phone sim.They were top rate start to finish hopefully it will be as good on the way home.

Never been Air France. That’s proper service. I go Manchester Qatar then 45 mins for transfer to Bangkok then overnight at airport hotel, then up to Chiang Mai. 63 soon, and finding it exhausting now.

I love the Emirates A380 .... I flew with them back to the UK when my wifes visa came through on valentines day and loved every bit of it. They even gave out little valentines day chocolates.

Hi Geoff, I was on the 380 from Dubai to Bangkok on the 30thOct, around the same time as you? The 380 is incredible, the leg room, and the space, large TV, it feels more like premium economy. and those Emirates ladies would make your heart melt. Great vlog and good to see you in top form

I went to BKK on 4th October and it took only 10 minutes from arrival to exiting with my luggage. A absolute breeze compared with 6 months ago. BKK have worked it out at last.

Great to see you back in Thailand! Loved to fly Emirates until back in 2017. After that they didn't honor my status and now they are 200-400 € more than a direct flight and Thai. Enjoy your time :) Edit: and by the way, the outtro was filmed just infront of where I have rented a small apartment for 8 years straight
