I watched the show and really enjoyed it. However, I don't recall every little detail. This game seems interesting at first sight. Looking forward to the next episode.

Maybe one day, if I ever get the time, I'll watch the show. For now though I have so so many games to get through and novels to read . . .

Woot ... More Star Wars is ALWAYS good ... heh. I started watching the Mandalorian series ... did not finish it thought ... too many other "better" things to watch, I guess I do remember this particular scene from the series ... this looks like a very cool game ...

Ah, I'm happy to see this one up next, I've been curious about it. I'm the opposite of you. I've seen (and really like) the show but haven't played this game, even though it's from one of my favorite designers. I'm a terrible person! My main concern is that beneath all the Star Wars-y glitz and glamor, all you're really doing is just moving and turning over random tokens, and you're not really making any meaningful decisions. Will be curious to see how this goes.

The game does unlock new cards as you go along and maybe even new choices of actions. I'll have to reserve my final judgement on the game after I finish the whole thing.

I owned this and played every scenario solo two handed. I mostly enjoyed my plays, but the game had zero replayability for me after seeing every mission. You can win every game by making sure columns never hit the higher threshold and just staying away from enemies. That's a bit harder to do early on, but the later missions and unlocked cards make it quite easy, but not very fun, to do. It was an easy cull choice.

I can see that. This may be a once played through and gotten rid of game like Pandemic Legacy Season 1.

I'm sorely tempted to pick this up, but that mission book is awfully slim . . .

Agreed. I think it's only 5 or 6 missions and that's it. Nothing like say, Tales from the Red Dragon Inns' 26.

I have to say it's not just this game with the warped cardboard. It's getting worse across the board (no pun intended). I've even started noticing it in non-foil Magic the Gathering cards.
