I'm just glad that Geralt's people from the Witcher or Daenerys Targaryians people from Game Of Thrones are not a space-faring faction of people in any science fiction show. They sound like a "not so human" antagonistic people that would rather wage war and subjugate against any culture they come across. They are very apathetic to other concerns and they burn cities to get allegiances because flames can't hurt them. They have pet dragons in some of these fantasy stories. Human beings are not supposed to have purple eyes that can change color and get consistent silver hair colors like that. So yeah, I think you might be on to something. I just wonder what that people would call themselves if they ever did reach that type of societal development.

Spartans are mostly cowards and stick to outdated tech and Vikings are more explorers, pirates and farmers Mandalorians are conquerors. They're more akin to macedonians, romans, mongols and ottomans

i know jango and boba aren't technically mandos, but they are iconic. "copycats" is a bit harsh, especially considering jango was part of the "new mandalorians" and boba in legends became the mandalore.

-Spoiler Alert- The Planet was actually crystallized into glass during The Great Purge with violent storms and electromagnetic disturbances causing it to be hostile. The atmosphere was still breathable so Din Djarin and Bo-Katan Kryze convinced The Mercenaries and The Tribe to return and retake their homeworld. They also killed Moff Gideon. It ended with Bo-Katan relighting the Great Forge.

Honestly they deserved better considering the Jedi are jackasses and the Republic is corrupt as crap! That said the baby Yoda needs to become a Mandolorian anything else will not do at all. If they make him a clone, name the species, find the homeworld or anything else it will hurt the lore and just be a dumb roll eye tidbit. The baby joining the order is the only way to go.
