For those who are unfamiliar with the lore. The true Mandalorians where a race of aliens who followed a strict warrior code and accepted all to join them. They were killed off after one of their many wars, leaving humans who converted to the Mandalorian beliefs as the last remaining Mandalorians. They have a deep hatred for force users especially the Jedai who they have fought and lost to for centuries. At some point their planet was reduced to a nearly uninhabitable wasteland. Much of the surface is sand/glass and toxic, the few cities are with massive domes. The previous civil war lead to yet another Jedai victory. A new constitutional monarchy lead by the ultra-pacifist Queen Setine [Obi-Wan's GF]. Mandalore is now a humanitarian state, the old Mandalorian teachings and traditions, beliefs, and ideals are forbidden. Any blasters or weapons are illegal, Jedai are requred to leave their light-sabers behind . Even crown-guards and police are restricted to riot gear/non lethal weapons as a means of defense. Setine is an idealist who fails to see the corruption that infests every aspect of Mandalorian society. Smuggling, Food shortages, and conspiracy are common. The most prevalent danger is the reactionary extremist group "Death Watch". Death Watch's goal is to make Mandalore great again by siding with the CIS and starting a cue/rebellion against Setine.

No offense, but you should have chosen Mandalorian Supremacy because your population is 4m like you said. 5% is 200 000. it would take about 4.5 years to get the same amount of manpower with the national spirit you chose that you get immediately with the other focus.

Personally went down asymmetrical, because for invasions you are going to be using para drops for invasions.

You need to scroll down on your Mandalorian tech tree. There is a fighter/ transport aircraft to research with about 10x the range of base aircraft. Better to settle the Concordia question early, because they have focus that hit your stability. There is a way to get Obi Wan as your leader, but I haven't found it.
