Ι love your online store however if possible you should implement a shipping calculator for online perchuces before the order is submitted.

the only store that has this feature is the one shown here, SAHRA, as it is their main warehouse; they preweigh all their items beforehand and calculate shipping costs for each item - you are able to see it on the item page; when you checkout, the individual shipping costs are simply summed up to one total that you can see before you place an order

I think Sahra is their warehouse and they don't do retails there, but online only. You can shop at their other branches like Nakano.
