There actually is no irony in believers of the Scriptures of the Great Peace (Taipingjing) advocating war as it specifically states that bad times happen when the human soul has become corrupted and thus only by violently purging the world of those that create said corruption (emperors who have failed the mandate of heaven) can cleanse humanity and bring about the Great Peace. If bad times are happening, it means there isn't peace and thus it needs to be corrected.

You made a mistake, Zhang jue gets his zeal form casualties in general not just enemy casualties, the idea being that hes healing the wounded.

I really hope that there will be a Southern China DLC in the future. At that time most of Southern China hadn't really been sinicized, and there were many native tribes inhabiting the region. Sometimes they would rise up against the Han rule, and wreaking havoc in the south. Other times the Han would use them as mercenaries.

the way i managed to survive as the emperor was to with each new turn remove as many of the eunucks in my court as possible until i was finally making money. once you do that it's pretty easy

I did the same. You have to be doing it from the start though, otherwise the rebellion catches up to you.

The only thing I dislike is that you cannot field the Emperor yourself. I know that would not be historically accurate, but hey, if you can make Augustus charge in vanguard, you can have that dapper robe and crown with beads on battlefield!

I was not aware that was ever possible in the first place. I bought it day 1 never had a problem. Doesn't quite have the staying power of TWWH2 but ive gotten a good 100 hours out of it and i return to it from time to time and enjoy it every time

Three Yellow Turban healers is still very overpowered. The balancing on this one is a bit tricky - but if you play Records mode it removes the hero problem.

@@codybonds Actually from what I heard, it just changes the problem from an over powered unit to a heavy cavalry problem. This is only speaking on the multiplayer aspect of things, but it's also been a bit since I've gotten updated information.
