Mandatory Withdrawal from Representation - Model Rule 1.16(a)

Video lecture for my Professional Responsibility course and MPRE prep about the circumstances in which a lawyer is required to stop representing a client, under ABA Model Rule 1.16(a), or to decline representation before it begins.
The ABA revised this Rule in August 2023, adding a new introductory sentence to section (a), and a new subsection (4). The rest of the rule remained unchanged, so the material in this video is still accurate (part of the current rule). A new video will address the new section that the ABA added in 2023.
