Thank you for taking the time to create this video; it was great and very informative. My interview is on Thursday. My organisation is very small, but we have very big goals. You mentioned metrics; our metrics are not very impressive, but I believe our impact is even if it is one individual at a time. We help African Talent find remote jobs and in a nation with a very high unemployment rate, even one person's employment impacts a whole household. I hope they will see my passion.

Rita I need your Advice, I am in a long distance relationship with a Black American guy for 1year he is 60 years old and I am 30 years old, This man came to Africa to meet me in person but when he went back to his country he has change and it hurts me so much because I have falling deeply in love with this guy, he has never told me his plans for this relationship, Right now I feel heartbroken I cry everyday because I have falling in love with this guy I want to block this guy and move on with my life but the problem is I lost my job I don't have anyone to support me and he is the one supporting me what should I do ?

Hi dear, I can only say the choice is in your hands. You know what you are looking for in a relationship, and if you have found that, then enjoy. If you haven’t, you have the chance to choose what's best for you, and that's what I can not help with. If it was me, I will walk away knowing I deserver better and keep looking for that person who shares same vision as me. I will not hold unto a relationship that is non-existent because I know how to work really hard and smart to live the life I want.
