its funny i never heard of Mandisa, she recently died and ppl speculate that she may have lost her battle to depression, she may not have overcome in the way she thought but she still did cus of Jesus. and now I am in bed depressed hurting and I am just listening to her interviews and her testimony and it helps me. God works all things together for the good of those who love him and are called according to His plan, even in death God is using her testimony to bless me.

I have been a huge fan of Mandisa for years. I am listening to this since she passed away. Over 2023 I had suicidal thoughts, anxiety and depression. I have wonderful people in my life who loved me through this dark time. Mandisa is still helping people today. Rest in His Peace. 🕊

I am so thankful that God removed the shame that was not just in my life, but it was my identity. I will forever thank God for the special group of Christian mental health practitioners He brought into my life. Through my entire childhood, shame defined me. I was in my mid 30's when I learned the truth. God removed the shame. He healed the very broken little girl who lived in my body. He showed me the truth. Then He wrapped His arms around me and called me his beautiful daughter.

Jesus please continue to give me the strength to keep supporting myself and my two autistic children. Because I’m losing hope. My boys require so much from me because they are non verbal. Due to them having many issues in school, I’m homeschooling them. I’m a single mother. These past two years since covid have been hard on me. I lost my job at Forsyth hospital because I declined the vaccine. I have heart disease and I suffer from lupus that’s the major reason why I declined the vaccine. I’m waitressing and I’m grateful but I’m not making enough to make ends meet. Bills are piling up and I can barely afford groceries for my children. I feel like a failure. Every month is a struggle, and now that I’m homeschooling them my schedule is limited. I’m so overwhelmed and ashamed. But God gives me strength. I get harassed and bullied on this app for sharing my testimony and for asking for prayers but prayers are all I NEED. As christians we must have compassion towards one another so please be kind I’m already feeling defeated. BUT! Even as I struggle! I keep faith in God. He is the God of possible! I HAVE FAITH HE WILL PROVIDE! He has this far. THANK YOU JESUS! I will only trust in GOD!

Just a reminder that no matter how much WE want something or WE want God to do something, or how much WE feel. it is ultimately HIS will that prevails. HE is almighty. HE is merciful and gracious and will always do what is good and right even if we don't understand it at that moment. He has it under control. WE must trust Him. Not my will Lord, but yours.

Praying for her on the other side as Catholic. Her journey didn’t end, it continues on the other side. I am like all of us, so heartbroken and at a loss for words. She mentioned suicide in this video and the thought she may have died by suicide is heart wrenching. I know he said aa Christian’s we should be stronger but depression or suicidal tendencies can’t be fought with strength. It may need a doctors help, medication, therapy or hospitalization. Love you sweet sister, and will be praying for you. Your music will continue to echo hope to those of us here.

Her father abandoned the family at four. These are things that shaped her. Her whole life was an overcoming event! Her words still fight for me. She recovered it all by faith Hebrews 11

I love mandisas music so much God calls me miss overcomer/courageous/bravery/fearless :) Mandisa And I have different view points when my family. And I were living in Vallejo years ago we lost family members/very super close friends to cancer but I never ever blamed God for taking them home I was very sad absolutely I cried 😢😭😭😭😭. And I went to their memorial services/funeral services but I knew that I wasn’t saying a forever goodbye to them:) And I knew that I would for sure see them again:) I have pictures of my family members/very super close friends that are now in Heaven that were once here on earth:) And they shaped who I’m today:) I cherish those pictures. And the memories that I have of them:) And I will see them very very soon what a major huge party it will be I can’t wait to see all of them!!!:)@woman of faith on TBN

I admire so much Mandisa’s dependence and genuine daughter to Father relationship with God. Listening to her encourages to relate with God, Jesus naturally. Her conversations with God were real and regular; it exposes that God is always near us. I miss you so much Mandissa and you will continue to live through your songs that I listen to always. I love- Bleed the same, overcomer and all of them. Rest beautifully and peacefully in Jesus’ bosom.💔 See you in heaven👋🏽

I first heard of her after I had my baby boy 14 yrs ago. That one Stronger was so powerful. I am so sorry to her family and friends, I wish I had followed her journey a bit closer, had not heard of her for several years until now. Rip Mandisa😢🙏
