You didn’t mention in the video (I assume because you opened it all at once and didn’t notice), but every day in this calendar actually represents a specific year of LEGO Star Wars, so as you get closer to Christmas you count in order from 1999 (Day 1) to 2024 (Day 24). They added the gifts in the order of release. This is why you get the Firehawk on the 24th and the blue X-Wing on the 1st. And one model related to each year (skipping 1 year obviously).

I believe they matched the days with the years of Lego Star Wars. As in, each day represents a year and a set from that year, hence the throw back x wing and tie fighter, and the fire hawk being day 24 as one of the last things to have come out.

I have always said that the advent calendar should be mini versions of the sets that came out that year, maybe the year before. the non holiday versions of the minifigs could be like the pretorian guard to add to the sets that came out this year. There will always be a clone trooper, a droid that they fight. a figure that seems to lift a set, a minifig to help people get one without having to pay $80+. For the holiday ones I like the sweater ones and can be implemented into other things easier than the santa figs. the CF being day 24 is CRAZY!!!!!

Just me who hates this calender? Its just all micro builds. Heres how i would fix this lego star wars calender: First, the box design in the calender is more interesting. Not just snow, maybe a building and frozen lake too. Next, the figures can stay the same, but NO micro ships. Instead the builds would be: Minikit, hologran table, mini watchtower, small speeder, weapon rack, turret, throne, table with drinks, Mini battle droid carrier with 2 battle droids, sledge, colorful panel 1, coloueful panel 2, xmss tree, mouse droid. I hate micro ship builds.
