Thank you, Steven, for your service and to every veteran. You are all heroes and heroines in my eyes. My Dad came from Northern Ireland, and he was in the army. He bore a different kind of scar. He picked up a parasite when he was in service, which stayed with him, making him ill. It took his life 35 years ago. He was only 57. I am so very proud of him still. These chicken recipes will go down well with my family. We are all chicken fans! Thank you, Mandy, for putting these recipes together for us. my guys went nuts with these dinners.i made as much as 4x your recipe and every single time there wasn't even enough leftovers for my midnight snack (the cajun orzo was a huge batch, gone in 20 minutes) i feed homeless men, they come hungary i many cases and i figure i average 8 at my dinner table nightly. last night i had 10. and boy oh boy i had to come up with a desert because dinner was done nearly immediately.

I found two recipes that I both can and will eat from this one video. I can tell that they're from ones I missed during this illness. I'm especially excited to try the Mediterranean Skillet since noodles of any kind seem to be the only thing I really want to eat. Asian flair, Mediterranean, plain, just gimme some noodles. When I heard Gracie Lou it took a minute to realise we were doing a kind of best of. Sure do miss that little munchkin.

Happy Veteran's Day to Steven and all of our Veteran's. This weekend I'm taking a flag to my dad. He was a WWII veteran. I'll be honest, I'm not a big chicken fan. Especially thighs. I'm a white meat person. I don't like chickens texture. I only get chicken from an Amish farm nearby. Sometimes I even have problems with the texture of those chickens. I will definitely try all 5 recipes. I know that my youngest son will love all of them. Have a wonderful weekend.

I made the chicken bacon Alfredo and the boys loved it! The sauce is perfect!!! We prefer thighs. But if I’m making bbq chicken to shred breast are fine. I use tenderloins for chicken strips but usually thighs or I’ll bake a whole chicken and use it for soups and stews and stuff but thighs are mo juicy ❤
