Yokohama Kaidashi Kikou is a series I never thought would see an official English release, this is very nice to see. All good things come to those who wait! Crossplay love really does have a wacky premise.

Kemono Jihen is definitely one, I watched the anime for that when it aired last year and liked it. Glad to finally get a chance to read it. Rooster Fighter I am looking forward to just for the name Rooster Fighter. Honestly it had been so long since the last Black Lagoon volume that I had no idea a new one was coming out, so thanks for the heads up.

For those interested in pulse it's not a manga, it's actually a full colour manhwa. This will be the first manhwa I've read physically so interested to see how the experience is reading something that was designed to be read on a phone.

I've read the first two volumes of Rooster Fighter that are out here in Germany and I implore you not to sleep on this. It is as awesome as it sounds! Kemono Jihen is also really good.

Thanks for making these notable release videos. I'm actually a huge fan of Kobayashi's Dragon Maid and I had NO idea they were going to be releasing a special color edition! So I'll be picking up that one for sure!! I'm interested in Ramen Wolf & Curry Tiger, the cover looks really cute and well drawn. Already got my Bleach anniversary vol. 1 and I'm excited to finally complete the FMA Fullmetal Editions as well as Cells at Work Code Black!

Man that game between suit was better then i thought, i think u will like it, I'm looking forward to vol 2. Kowloon Generic Romance looks good and I'm definitely getting tht. I can't wht for vol 12 of black lagoon, I own all of them. A lot of the manga has been moved unfortunately, but guess wht I just saw on Amazon for Nov 8 reals, Shuzo Oshimi Avant-Garde Yumeko, I can't wait for tht one

Even though I don't particularly like Slice of Life YKK being a more surreal mysterious world appealed to me and ended up loving the entire series start to finish. Also recommend watching the OVAs on KZbin to see if it's for you. They're classics in their own right.

One thing I simply cannot get hold of is One Piece Omnibus editions here in the UK. I have vols 1 - 4 so far (I had to get 2-4 imported from Australia!!! via Book Depository). I've only started collecting and cannot get Vol.5 onwards!! Any idea if the omnibus' are going to start getting reprints or restocks?

Tales of a kingdom looks cool. I might have to try that one out. Rooster fighter sounds bonkers and I love it lol. I highly recommend a distant neighborhood by jiro taniguchi. It's such a great manga. You can also buy the original one its still in print which is in a beautiful hardcover.

I do actually I know the answer to that one- the series was never officially digitized by the publisher in Japan so there are no good digital masters for them to license to other publishers. They’re just scans of old tankobons. Why 7S didn’t lighten the art, I can’t say for sure but I would hazard to guess the license holder (kodansha) wouldn’t allow that kind of alteration. They get very particular about a lot of things in regards to how their series are presented.

19:59 "What are you gonna do?" Not buy it because they're cowards who dont deserve my money. It's just as ridiculous as Seven Seas not translating either "Kemono Jihen" [Monster Incidents] or "Yokohama Kaidashi Kikou" [Yokohama Shopping Log]. I'm sick and tired of licensors giving us inaccurate or straight up untranslated titles, and I for one am not gonna put up with it anymore. I'm think just gonna start buying the Japanese volumes for series I want to own physically. At the same time tho, it's just as much the Japanese IP-owners fault for allowing the English licensees to give the series such bad official English names, so just buying the Japanese volumes doesnt actually incentivize change. Do I just write complaints to the Japanese IP-owners and buy nothing then? I dont know. But I do know that whether I buy anything or not, I should write the complaint regardless.
