Cannot blame her though. Misora is at fault here for being misunderstood because of her cold and indifferent attitude, holding a belief that all men are trash and have ulterior motives. She's also made a mistake in holding that prejudice just because of her bad experience with guys back in her school years and her rough family situation because of her cheating father. By believing that, then there is no difference in unreasonably thinking that just because there are gold-digging women, then all women must be gold-diggers too. Well, at least she realized her mistake at the end.

We often thought that a particular thing will be bad or hard even though we only tried it once. It's like getting a vaccine: Certain individuals instinctively think of taking a vaccine as painful because the negative connotation, that being stabbed by a sharp object, existed on our minds even though it's kind of Farfetched. Similar to the story at hand, FMC thought that every man is a womanizer because she's experienced several instances of man being an a-hole. Even though not every man is a womanizer, the negative connotation engraved within the mind of the FMC stated otherwise.

@@marckennethcabanero7467 Well they are her traumas and her past, don't ask much from someone who for much of her life has had terrible experiences with something in particular (in this case Misoro with the opposite sex), because these are things that are hard to heal, it's not something that simply goes with saying there are good people there, don't be an idiot, because these are problems that carry a huge weight for the person who has generated that phobia, so I don't judge her attitude much because that environment caused her that rejection, but at least she realized in time before she was consumed that there are really good people and she learned it due to the influence that the protagonist had, who made her take the first step to get rid of that fear that she carries since childhood.

@@chesssiree Sure. Read the material the first time as if it was a novel. Don't try to retain the info or analyze what you read. Just read it. On a second reading you study. Read, highlight, search for the important info. This aids in retention and understanding the material.

This story brought a wave of flashback for me. I had an ex like this, always wanted to see if I noticed all the little things and always asked if found her cute etc. No matter how many times I've told her that I do, it still wasn't enough for her. She would also get hyper aware and sensitive when I talked to people whether it was guys or girls making up stories in her head. The final blowing point was when she accused of me flirting with another girl mind you we've been together for 3 years at this point, anyways she was out with her friends from college and she saw me with another girl who was my cousin btw and she was in town for 3 days. I was out with her cause I haven't seen her in years and she wanted my advice for male gifts to give to her then fiancee. Yea when I got back she just blew up and made up some stories in her head and I tried explaining but she wouldn't listen to me and ended up making up more stories, at that point we just had enough and we ended things there. Anyways the final bit of this vid with Misora acting like that reminded of my Ex many years ago.

This one was strange, but kind of nice too. Cheating father, shallow guys, these contributed to Misora putting up walls to keep people out. Itami? Laid back, naive dufus who really admires his boss. One helluva combo there. And the colleague was right, he was laying it on pretty thick and Misora was making it pretty clear that she didn't like it. At least it was clear to everyone BUT Itami. But, after his coworker made him understand that he was overdoing it and making Misora uncomfortable, his backing off made her reevaluate herself. And, after watching how he interacted with his kohei, it dawned on her that he really was a nice guy. It also made her realize that SHE LIKES HIM! I liked the way this was written. She might be a bit tsundere, but she has legit reason for being that way. None of the "I'm so shy that I treated you badly" BS. Just a woman who needs the right man to tear down the wall around her heart.

I don’t blame the FMC for being very insensitive or untouchable with flatter. I can understand why she’s like that with not only MC but with other men. When someone compliments you they want something in return and that is probably why she’s like this, she acts cautious, or alerted. If she had just been honest with MC telling him about her insecurities around other people especially men, he’d understand and would never do anything to hurt her.
